Twisted Productions risk assesment
Our risk assessment was completed by finding a appropriate assessment form and filling it in with appropriate and detailed answers. In our assessment we have got many ways that a risk could happen including a hazard list with crosses to mark the possible hazards that can occur in our group whilst filming.
This is a bad example of a risk assessment because it doesn't have hardly any detail in the justification boxes. Also, this is bad because this example of a risk assessment has only two risks that could happen when filming. The two risks labeled are falling over and electrical shock, these examples are accepted but could happen when anything is going on, and the descriptions are also pretty simple, causing the assessment to look like every other assessment that people look at. In order for this to stand out they could've added color or maybe and a hazard list.
This is an example of a good risk assessment because it covers non obvious scenarios, it covers how inexperienced crew members may be a hazard and how the way the camera is hold could could cause a hazard. it also gives lots of details of how to take precautions and how to handle the risk after it has happened. It also gives the reader a sense of how dangerous the risk can be and the likelihood if the risk happening.
